An artificial version of a collagen building block is called tripeptide-29. The peptide, which is three amino acids long, resembles the typical Gly-Pro-X/Gly-X-Hyp structure found in collagen subunits.
Tripeptide-29 Latvia essentially functions as a component of bigger collagen molecules.
